Deciml is building a funded trading platform for crypto perpetuals and seeks a hands-on risk leader to own the trading risk engine, exposure rules, hedging and payout economics. You will work with Product and Engineering to enable growth with precise risk controls and targeted improvements.
You will drive live risk decisions, establish measurable risk limits, and develop monitoring, routing and hedging strategies that support ambitious product launches while protecting payouts.
