What This Role Is About

Our client, a leading Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting firm, is looking for a Head of Tax, based in Dubai, to oversee tax matters across its regional operations.

The role will lead tax compliance, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the business meets its obligations across relevant jurisdictions. You will work closely with finance teams, senior leadership, external advisors, and tax authorities, providing guidance on tax matters affecting regional operations and cross-border activities.

This is a senior role for an experienced tax professional who can navigate complex tax requirements, oversee audits and assessments, and establish effective tax governance across multiple jurisdictions.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 15+ years of experience in taxation, ideally with regional or multi-jurisdictional exposure
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and risk management
• UAE or GCC taxation exposure is strongly preferred
• International or cross-border tax experience is an advantage
• Experience managing tax audits, assessments, and interactions with tax authorities
• Experience working with external tax advisors on compliance and advisory matters
• Ability to assess tax risks and provide practical guidance to finance teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex tax matters independently
• Experience within outsourcing, offshoring, consulting, or professional services is preferred
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
