The Health and Wellness Advisor will play a key role in promoting employee wellbeing across project sites, labor accommodations, and corporate offices. This position will lead health promotion initiatives, wellness programs, awareness campaigns, and worker welfare activities that support employee health, productivity, engagement, and ESG objectives within a dynamic EPC environment.

YOUR ROLE
As a Health and Wellness Advisor, you will have the below key responsibilities including but not limited to:
Health & Wellness Programs
- Develop, implement, and monitor employee health and wellness programs across project sites and accommodation facilities.
- Lead health awareness initiatives covering nutrition, fitness, stress management, chronic disease prevention, smoking cessation, and healthy living.
- Coordinate annual health screening, vaccination, and preventive healthcare campaigns.
- Promote proactive health practices that improve workforce wellbeing and productivity.
Employee Support & Counseling
- Provide guidance and support to employees on physical, mental, and social wellbeing matters.
- Conduct one-on-one wellness coaching and wellbeing consultations.
- Support employees experiencing work-related stress and facilitate referrals to healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee health and wellness information.
Worker Welfare & ESG Compliance
- Support worker welfare programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Participate in welfare inspections, wellbeing assessments, and welfare improvement initiatives at project sites and accommodation camps.
- Assist in achieving compliance with ESG objectives, Building Responsibly principles, and worker welfare standards.
- Monitor wellbeing indicators and recommend initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement.
- Deliver toolbox talks, wellness workshops, and employee awareness sessions.
- Develop educational materials, posters, and communication campaigns promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Organize wellbeing activities that encourage positive behavior change and workforce participation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of wellness activities, employee participation, and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare monthly and annual wellness performance reports.
- Analyze program effectiveness and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
- Provide management reports on employee health and wellbeing trends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in occupational health, public health, employee wellbeing, worker welfare, or wellness program management.
- Experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Experience working with multicultural workforces and site-based environments is advantageous.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Occupational Health, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Psychology, Sports Science, or a related discipline.
- Wellness Coach Certification preferred.
- Mental Health First Aid certification preferred.
- Occupational Health and Safety certification preferred.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective counseling, coaching, and employee engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of occupational health, worker welfare, and wellbeing standards.
- Understanding of ESG and worker welfare requirements within EPC project environments.
- Health promotion and behavior change expertise.
- Strong planning, organizational, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and multicultural teams.
