Short Description of the Employer:
Right Care for Nursing Services is the direct employer in Doha, Qatar, responsible for hiring caregivers.The workers will be home-based patient care within Qatar, working 12-hour shifts and returning to company accommodation afterward. The Caregivers will have 1- 2 days Orientation when they arrive and then will be assigned to the clients . It's at patients' homes.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: 2,500 QAR
Food Allowance: 300 QAR
Overtime Pay: 200 QAR
Total Monthly Salary: 3,000 QAR
Accommodation: Provided by the employer for the duration of contract
Transportation from accommodation to Work Place and vice versa: Provided by the employer for the duration of contract
Contract Duration: 2 years
Air Ticket (mobilization and repatriation)
Vacation Leave: 21 days per year (available after 12 months of service)
