Job Title: Healthcare Litigation Attorney | Remote / Hybrid | Up to $195K plus Bonus Location: Denver, Colorado Experience: 3+ years Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid Annual Hours: 1,900 Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125K-$195K
Eligible for discretionary and performance-based bonuses

Healthcare Litigation Attorney Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm , is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Colorado practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated healthcare-related disputes while taking meaningful responsibility for case strategy and day-to-day litigation. Remote and hybrid arrangements are available for qualified candidates. About The Role This attorney will support and manage a range of healthcare litigation matters, with substantial involvement in discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, case evaluation, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities
Manage healthcare litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive filings
Take and defend depositions
Develop discovery plans and litigation strategy
Research complex legal and factual issues
Participate in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
Work directly with clients on case developments, risk assessment, and strategy
Assist with trial preparation and trial-related responsibilities
Coordinate with partners and other attorneys while independently managing deadlines and assignments
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience
Active Colorado Bar admission required
Experience with substantive motion practice
Experience taking and defending depositions
Strong discovery-management skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Strong oral advocacy and client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with limited supervision
Trial experience is preferred but not required
Collaborative, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of matters
