The Opportunity

We are looking to partner with an experienced Healthcare Marketing Agency for a long-term engagement to help us strengthen the PRESCO brand and generate qualified hospital leads across India.

This is not an individual employment opportunity . We are specifically looking for an established marketing agency with a capable in-house team.

Agencies that have previously worked with hospitals, healthcare companies, HealthTech, medical devices, diagnostics, pharma or B2B healthcare technology will be strongly preferred.

Scope of Work

The selected agency should be capable of managing multiple marketing functions under one engagement, including:

• Telecalling & Lead Generation: Dedicated telecalling team for prospecting hospitals, qualifying leads, appointment setting and follow-ups.
• Lead Management: Managing inbound and outbound leads, qualification, CRM updates and handover to our sales team.
• Influencer Marketing: Identifying and working with doctors, hospital administrators, healthcare influencers and relevant industry voices.
• Event Marketing: Planning and executing hospital industry events, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, roundtables and product launches.
• Content Generation: Creating LinkedIn content, blogs, case studies, videos, reels, customer stories, brochures and campaign creatives.
• Digital Campaigns: Campaign planning across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other relevant channels.
• Healthcare Database & Outreach: Ability to reach hospital owners, administrators, CIOs, doctors and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Campaign Analytics: Regular reporting on leads, CPL, meetings generated, campaign performance and conversion funnel.
  

What We Are Looking For

We would particularly like to hear from agencies that:

• Have proven experience in healthcare or hospital marketing .
• Understand B2B healthcare sales cycles.
• Can provide both strategy and execution , not just social-media posting.
• Have an in-house or managed telecalling / lead-generation team .
• Have experience generating leads from hospitals and healthcare decision-makers.
• Can handle content, digital, events, influencers and lead management under one engagement.
• Are comfortable working with measurable monthly lead and pipeline targets.
• Can support campaigns across multiple states in India.
• Are interested in a long-term partnership , not a short-term campaign.
