Position Summary

The POS Deployment Support Coordinator will support field technicians installing point-of-sale equipment at 7-Eleven stores. This role serves as the central support contact for technicians during store visits.The position does not require advanced technical troubleshooting. The primary responsibilities are answering technician calls, accurately entering installation information, confirming that required images and documentation have been submitted, and escalating issues when needed.

We are initially building a high-quality team of four to eight coordinators. Based on performance and project demand, the team could expand to 20–30 people.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from technicians performing POS installations at 7-Eleven stores.
• Collect and accurately enter store, technician, equipment, and installation information.
• Verify that technicians submit all required installation images and documentation.
• Review submissions for completeness and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify missing or inaccurate information and follow up with technicians.
• Document call details, installation status, issues, and next steps in the designated system.
• Provide basic process guidance using approved scripts and procedures.
• Escalate technical issues or project exceptions to the appropriate support team.
• Maintain professional, clear, and customer-focused communication.
• Meet established expectations for responsiveness, accuracy, attendance, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, point-of-sale systems, store technology, field services, a help desk, or a call center is preferred.(2-5 years experience)
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to review images and documentation for completeness.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems while speaking with technicians.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and escalation paths.
• Dependable, organized, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Calls answered promptly and professionally.
• Complete and accurate information entered for each installation.
• Required images and documentation properly validated.
• Issues escalated to the correct team without unnecessary delays.

Work schedule: 10 hours and 4 days a week in US time (rotational shifts)and immediate joiners
