About the Role:

We are looking for aHospitality Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales managing client relationships and ensuring smooth coordination of hospitality services. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales proposals contracts and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and longterm partnerships.
• Manage guest inquiries and followups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and guest experiences .
• Track sales performance generate reports and provide insights for business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic language.
• 13 years of experience in hospitality sales catering or reservations.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations hotel booking systems and event planning.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with event sales and group reservations in hotels or restaurants.
• Familiarity with UAE hospitality industry standards and client preferences.
• Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
