We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee hospitality operations at a major sporting event in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising hospitality staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining smooth operations across hospitality areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hospitality operations and ensure high service standards.
- Lead and support hospitality staff, ensuring duties are completed efficiently.
- Welcome and assist guests, addressing their needs and requests.
- Monitor the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of hospitality areas.
- Coordinate with catering, guest services, and other event teams.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
- Ensure hospitality procedures and service standards are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid residence visa in the UAE
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Previous experience in hospitality supervision, preferably in large-scale events.
