Pullman is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to oversee daily operation and maintenance of hotel IT systems, including PMS, POS, IPTV, CCTV and access control. You will provide technical support to colleagues and management and ensure smooth system performance and security.
Ideal candidates have 2 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality, with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and cybersecurity. Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
