Hotel manager

We are hiring a Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan As a Hotel Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability This position requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage maintenance and reservations Hire and train staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction Manage budgeting and financial planning to meet revenue targets Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to increase revenue during low seasons Handle guest complaints in a timely manner and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract more customers Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices for hotel supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements Indian nationality preferred Excellent English speaking skills required Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not required Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Customer service oriented with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary 1400$ per month negotiable based on experience
