We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan Qatar. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Manage hotel staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and maintaining quality standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to achieve overall business goals. Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitors to make strategic business decisions. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or related field. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Proficient in using MS Office applications Word, Excel. Knowledge of hotel management software eg Opera is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
