Hotel Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar Hotel Manager (Filipino) - Al-Rayyan We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Filipino Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and marketing. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests Manage and train staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and excellent guest experiences Develop marketing plans to promote the hotel and increase bookings Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, customer service standards, and marketing strategies Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations Must be able to legally work in Al-Rayyan without company sponsorship We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract job. This position is open to Filipinos who do not require English proficiency. Previous hotel management experience is preferred but not required.
