Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training as needed Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the hotel Create employee schedules and manage payroll expenses within budget Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract more guests Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed Requirements
