Hotel Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract) Our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Indian national to join our team as a Hotel Manager on a contract basis. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Monitor hotel performance and make strategic decisions to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Hire, train, and develop staff members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies to attract new business.
Create budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements
Must be an Indian national with fluency in English.
Previous experience in hotel management is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided.
