Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are looking for someone with a strong background in hotel management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who have a strong command of the English language and are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any guest issues promptly
Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards across all departments
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability targets are met
Collaborate with other department heads to create a positive work environment and maintain efficient operations
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and maintenance needs are met
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or similar role
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles
Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
