Responsibilities Manage security operations on a daily basis. Protect hotel assets, associates, guests, and property. Prevent and respond to accidents and fires. Ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure. Maintain logs, certifications, and documents required by law and standard operating procedures. Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department. Be responsible for orienting, training, motivating, coaching, developing the security team as well as counselling and discipline when required.
