Hotel Telephone & Guest Services Specialist

Kempinski Hotels in Doha is seeking a Telephone Operator to greet guests and answer all inbound calls in line with Kempinski and LQA standards.

You will write messages, manage wake‑up requests, handle DND status, answer guest questions, and, in emergencies, serve as the hotel communications hub to ensure seamless guest service. Maintain accurate call records and keep directories updated to support daily operations.
