Housekeeping Assistant

A prestigious hotel in Dukhan, Qatar is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join their team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. This is a full-time position that does not require accommodation and offers visa sponsorship.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and restocking amenities
• Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including lobby, elevators, corridors, and restrooms
• Handle guests' requests for additional amenities or cleaning services
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning role preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be physically fit to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Good communication skills in English required

Salary: The starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Work Hours: This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Visa Sponsorship: The hotel will provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Accommodation: No accommodation will be provided for this position.

Experience Level: This job is suitable for freshers who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Nationality Preference: Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have fluency in English.
