Responsibilities
- Clean, service, and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas
- Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with Forbes Five-Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items
- Support the timely release of guest rooms in coordination with supervisors
- Manage daily release and handling of guest laundry items
- Coordinate special guest requests such as floral arrangements or special linen embroidery
- Provide support for Laundry Attendant duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star service standards
- Positive attitude and collaborative team approach
