We are a luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel setting.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage and train housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service and cleanliness standards
• - Develop and implement efficient cleaning processes and procedures
• - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control
• - Address any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills
• - Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
• - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Eligibility:
