We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, order replacements as needed
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a hotel or similar environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English is required; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
