Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said Qatar Housekeeping Manager We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager for our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned according to hotel standards Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination for guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services Develop and implement procedures for efficient workflow and cost control measures Conduct performance evaluations of housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement Manage schedules, shift changes, and vacation requests for housekeeping staff Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or resort setting Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in hospitality industry is preferred Must be legally eligible to work in Umm-Said without sponsorship Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience) If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences through impeccable housekeeping services and have the required qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
