Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals Preferred). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met Train, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain efficient operations Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained according to standards Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning projects Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities Requirements
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed Egyptian nationality preferred due to language proficiency for communication with housekeeping staff Knowledge of Arabic language is an asset but not required Salary: 1100$ per month
