The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure a high level of cleanliness and efficiency Oversee inventory management for all housekeeping supplies and equipment Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain the hotel's standards of cleanliness Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate services for special events or VIP guests Monitor budget and expenses for the housekeeping department Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff Requirements Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of inventory management systems and cleaning procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Salary This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
