Housekeeping manager for a luxury hotel in al-rayyan, qatar

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan Qatar.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department including room cleaning laundry services and public areas Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective work practices Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and order as needed Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations Prepare reports on departmental budget expenses and performance Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures equipment usage and safety guidelines Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary 1300$ monthly salary plus benefits package including accommodation allowance transport allowance medical insurance annual leave
