Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department in our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional housekeeping services while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and smooth operations Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for housekeeping tasks Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, such as occupancy rates and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of service Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively Requirements: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel environment Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus) Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Salary: 1100$ per month We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees regardless of nationality or location.
