Role Description

This is a full-timerole for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations for multiple holiday homes, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring tasks for housekeeping staff, coordinating laundry services, inspecting properties after cleaning, and addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues. The role also involves collaborating with customer service teams to respond to guest feedback, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and maintaining clear communication with team members and management. The Housekeeping Supervisor is expected to uphold safety and quality standards while supporting efficient turnaround of properties between guest stays.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and train housekeeping staff effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Housekeeping experience, including knowledge of cleaning standards and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and internal teams professionally.
• Experience in vacation rentals or hotel operations is a must
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and property management or scheduling systems is an advantage.
