HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive with strong expertise in recruitment and office administration. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
• Prepare payroll inputs and support HR documentation
• Address employee HR-related queries and support employee engagement initiatives

Administrative Responsibilities

• Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management
• Support visa processing, labor documentation, insurance coordination, and compliance requirements
• Maintain HR files, contracts, and statutory documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration with proven hiring expertise
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• UAE HR/Admin experience is preferred
