Key Requirements:
- Minimum2–4 years of HR experience , preferably in theFood & Beverage industry .
- Good knowledge ofUAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling day-to-dayHR operations and employee matters .
- Knowledge and practical experience withERP or SAP systems .
- Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
