HR Executive

Zahr Freighters is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day human resources activities in Dubai . The successful candidate will handle recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations while ensuring HR processes run smoothly. Strong communication, confidentiality, organizational skills, and knowledge of HR practices are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee administration .
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection support.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, HR letters, and other personnel documents.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and related HR information.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee and attendance data.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on routine HR matters.
• Assist with performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
• Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other HR actions.
• Support employee resignation, clearance, and exit procedures.
• Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly.
• Coordinate with management and different departments regarding employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, staff lists, and other management documents.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communication.
• Ensure HR documentation is properly organized and readily available when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, salary, and company information.
• Follow company HR policies and applicable UAE employment requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management , or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator is preferred.
• UAE HR experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with UAE labor practices and employment documentation .
• Experience with HRMS or employee management systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with complete confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
