HR Generalist - Real Estate Brokerage

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client s team in Dubai This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of core HR functions and administrative operations in a collaborative close-knit team environment where your contribution will have a direct impact on organizational growth and culture Our client is a well-established real estate brokerage located in Business Bay Dubai with over 15 years of presence in the UAE market actively involved in sales leasing and property management across residential and commercial portfolios Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding documentation and records management
• Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain employee files attendance records and leave management
• Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related accounting support basic level
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
• Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations
• Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required
• Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary

Must Have

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min 3 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
