Finance-Savvy: You speak the language of investments risk and capital markets no need to decode CVs.
Hunter Mindset: Adept at sourcing niche high-demand talent through direct search LinkedIn and industry networks.
Elite Communicator: Flawless native-level English (Arabic/German a plus) you persuade top earners to join us.
Dubai Advantage: Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred you understand work visas local regulations and candidate expectations.
