HR Officer

Candidzone is seeking an experienced HR Officer for a construction company in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of HR experience in Qatar, with mandatory construction industry experience , strong employee relations skills, and sound knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files, employment contracts, and confidential HR documents.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
• Manage HR documentation, renewals, and administrative tasks.
• Support payroll management and employee record maintenance.
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure HR processes comply with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in Qatar.
• Construction industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in employee relations and payroll management.
• Sound knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HR documentation and employee records.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
