HR Operations Manager

necub, an esteemed accounting firm in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• - Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• - Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• - Maintain HR records and ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date

Requirements & Skills:

• - 4–5 years of experience in HR operations management
• - Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• - Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• - Strong organizational and time management skills
• - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
• - Experience working in the accounting industry
