HR Operations Specialist (Construction Industry) Location: Qatar | Local Hire Only Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of HR Operations experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices. Experience handling a large blue-collar and white-collar workforce. Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Excel, and HR reporting. Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM preferably Excellent communication and organizational skills. Available in Qatar with transferable QID preferred.
