Job Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and site safety plans Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and risks Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations project requirements and safety standards Prepare and maintain risk assessments method statements toolbox talks and HSE reports Investigate accidents incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions Conduct safety inductions training and toolbox meetings for site personnel Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices Coordinate with project management engineers and site teams regarding HSE matters Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work procedures Maintain HSE documentation inspection records and incident reports Support emergency preparedness and conduct emergency drills when required Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project Requirements Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Engineering HSE or a related field Relevant HSE certification such as NEBOSH IOSH is preferred Proven experience as an HSE Engineer in high-rise building or major construction projects Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management Excellent communication and reporting skills UAE GCC project experience is preferred Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or a related field. Relevant HSE certification such as NEBOSH / IOSH is preferred. Proven experience as an HSE Engineer in high-rise building or major construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management. Excellent communication and reporting skills. UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
