Summary: The HSE Engineer - Marine will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices in marine works. They will ensure compliance with regulations and company standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures specific to marine works.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain records and reports related to HSE performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Engineering is preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in UAE, specifically in marine works.
- NEBOSH certification is required and must be attested.
- Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in the marine industry.

- 10. Ability to stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in HSE technologies and methodologies
