Training Needs & Programme Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Develop comprehensive HSE training programmes, lesson plans and materials based on organisational needs and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all training content complies with ADNOC Corporate Practices, HSEMS and applicable UAE HSE regulations and standards.
Training Delivery
Deliver engaging HSE training sessions for all levels of employees, covering topics such as workplace safety protocols, hazard identification and risk assessment, emergency response procedures and environmental protection.
Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks and refresher training as required.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments and post-training observation, and implement improvements accordingly.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in HSE training, and incorporate them into training programmes.
