Job Summary:

Seeking an HRIS Technology Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and HR systems. The role will provide hands-on production support, troubleshooting, system testing, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HRIS / HR Technology experience
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Production support and troubleshooting
• HRIS integrations and data flows
• Experience with Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, or related HR modules
• UAT/system testing and requirements gathering
• Understanding of production vs. development environments
• SQL preferred but not required
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Memphis, TN
