About the Role

We are looking for a proactive organised and detail-oriented HR Officer to join a growing technology business in Dubai This role will support the smooth day-to-day running of the HR function with a particular focus on employee onboarding HR administration data management and reporting The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Excel and HR data maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring a seamless employee experience from the point of joining We are looking for someone who takes ownership of administrative responsibilities enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is happy to contribute to occasional internal content videos and departmental initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Onboarding amp Employee Experience
• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees ensuring all documentation systems access and joining formalities are completed efficiently
• Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation employment records and employee files
• Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure new joiners have a smooth and positive onboarding experience
• Support employee lifecycle processes including employee transfers changes to personal details and offboarding
• HR Administration amp Operations
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel documentation
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts HR letters and other employee-related documents
• Ensure HR documentation is organised up to date and handled confidentially
• Support the development and improvement of HR processes procedures and administrative workflows
• HR Reporting amp Data Management
• Maintain HR trackers spreadsheets and employee databases ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Use Microsoft Excel confidently to manage employee data prepare reports and analyse HR information
• Produce regular HR reports and dashboards covering areas such as headcount onboarding progress employee movements and other key HR metrics
• Support the preparation of management reports and presentations translating HR data into clear and useful insights
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and streamline administrative processes
• Internal Engagement amp Content
• Support internal HR initiatives employee engagement activities and departmental projects
• Be comfortable participating in occasional internal content videos employee features or HR-related social media content
• Contribute ideas to help communicate HR initiatives promote company culture and enhance the employee experience

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR and or Onboarding
• Happy to be involved in content videos for the department
• Exceptional communication skills required
• English preferred as first language - would accept clear bilingual
