Location: Falls Church, VA - Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) | Fully Remote Considered
Salary: Up to $200,000
About the Opportunity:
Our client is a specialized business law practice focused on franchising, licensing, commercial contracts, trademarks, distribution, and business transactions .
This role is ideal for a transactional attorney with strong contract drafting and negotiation experience. Franchise experience is not required — commercial, corporate, business contracts, trademark/IP, and licensing backgrounds are welcome.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
