IB Manager

Milele Prime is a multi asset CFD brokerage headquartered in Dubai. The platform runs MetaTrader 5 with institutional liquidity and a Brokeret CRM and partner portal. Client demand is concentrated in South Asia, Africa and MENA, and the partner channel (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, signal providers and trading communities) is the primary growth engine of the business. Partners are paid through a published tiered rebate ladder with a multi level sub IB network, plus custom agreements for high volume partners.

Purpose of the Role

Own the day to day acquisition, onboarding and activation of Introducing Brokers. The IB Manager takes a partner from first contact to first funded referred client, and then keeps that partner producing volume. This is a hands on execution role measured on partners onboarded, partners activated and net deposits and lots generated through them.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and sign new IBs across South Asia, Africa and MENA through direct outreach, trading communities, signal groups, Telegram and WhatsApp networks, social media creators and referrals from existing partners.
• Run the full onboarding process end to end: partner registration in the CRM, KYC and due diligence documents, agreement execution, MT5 group and rebate assignment, referral link setup and portal walkthrough.
• Present and explain the Milele Prime rebate ladder, sub IB structure, payout terms and anti abuse rules clearly and accurately, and **escalate** custom rate requests with a volume justification.
• Activate onboarded partners: agree a launch plan with each IB, supply marketing materials and landing pages, track first client registrations and first deposits, and intervene where a partner stalls.
• Manage a live portfolio of partners: weekly performance reviews, reactivation of dormant IBs, upsell to higher tiers and identification of partners who should move to a custom agreement.
• Handle partner queries on commissions, payouts, client attribution and portal access, coordinating with finance, dealing and the CRM tech team for resolution.
• Maintain an accurate partner pipeline in the CRM with stage, expected volume, contact history and next action for every prospect and active partner.
• Flag suspected abuse, self referral, bonus arbitrage or client poaching to compliance and the dealing desk.
• Represent Milele Prime at industry expos and partner events in the UAE and target markets as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in an IB, partnerships or affiliate role at a retail forex or CFD brokerage, with a personal track record of onboarding IBs. Candidates must be able to state the number of IBs they onboarded and the volume those IBs produced.
• Working knowledge of MetaTrader 5, broker CRMs and partner portals, rebate models (per lot, per volume, revenue share) and multi level IB structures.
• Existing network of IBs, signal providers or trading communities in at least one of South Asia, Africa or MENA.
• Understanding of KYC and due diligence requirements for partner onboarding and of common IB abuse patterns.
• Fluent English. Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Swahili or Hausa is an advantage.
• Comfortable with high outreach volume and a target driven environment.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
