We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist (Senior Technical Specialist) to join a large-scale eHealth programme.
THE ROLE
Govern and operate the complete identity lifecycle and access-control environment across healthcare organisations, applications, cloud platforms and privileged systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- 8–12 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM).
- Strong IAM, PIM and PAM knowledge with practical implementation and operations experience.
- Experience with identity lifecycle, access provisioning, RBAC, segregation of duties, access reviews, automation and integrations.
- Cloud knowledge, preferably Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with ISO 27001 or NIST.

- Joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle and identity governance
- RBAC/ABAC, access certification and segregation of duties
- IAM/PIM/PAM platforms and privileged‑session governance
- SSO, federation, MFA, conditional access and modern authentication
- APIs, middleware, directories and cloud integration
- Credential compromise investigation and incident response
- IAM policy, documentation, audit and compliance
- High availability and operational management of IAM platforms
