We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for a full-time role in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience in construction planning, project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, recovery planning, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, and project milestones
- Monitor actual progress against planned schedules
- Analyze schedule variances, risks, and potential delays
- Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules when required
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement teams, and subcontractors
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves
- Prepare manpower, equipment, and material forecasts
- Support tender planning and construction methodology preparation
- Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master schedule
- Support EOT claims and delay analysis
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning updates
- Maintain planning and scheduling documentation
Requirements
- Civil Engineering background
- 3–5 years UAE construction planning experience preferred
- Experience in demolition, steel, structural works, or construction projects is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Good understanding of project scheduling, WBS, progress tracking, and recovery planning
- Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills
