Immigration Specialist

Are you an experienced business immigration professional looking for a new opportunity in Phoenix? A leading immigration law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Consultant on a long-term contract (or contract-to-hire) basis. This role will handle employment-based immigration matters, including case intake, reviewing documentation, preparing petitions and applications, drafting support letters, communicating with clients and foreign nationals, and monitoring cases through the immigration process.

This position offers a hybrid onsite/remote schedule in Phoenix.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employment-based immigration cases from intake through filing
• Prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Draft support letters for various visa classifications
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case status and requirements
• Track deadlines and case progress using case management systems

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of business immigration experience
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or Paralegal Certification
• Strong knowledge of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes
• Strong client communication, writing, organizational, and case management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and case management systems
