Indian Chef in Dubai

We are in search of an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Chef, your primary responsibility will be to prepare authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and be able to create dishes that are both traditional and innovative.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute menus for lunch and dinner service
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, and biryanis
Ensure that all food is made to the highest quality standards
Train kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and safety procedures
Monitor food inventory and place orders when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques
Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation allowance, health insurance, and annual leave.
