Indian Executive Chef - Temporary with Accommodation in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Al-Khor Qatar As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain menus that reflect our restaurants concept and cater to our customers preferences
• Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure the highest level of culinary standards are met
• Manage inventory ordering and food cost control to achieve profitability goals
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Must be willing to relocate to Al-Khor Qatar on a temporary basis

Salary We offer a salary of 1000$ per month for this temporary position Accommodation will also be provided
