We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food production. Your main objective will be to exceed guest expectations by consistently delivering delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and looking to showcase their skills in a dynamic and international environment. Please note: This position does not require knowledge of English as it is solely focused on authentic Indian cuisine. Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be offered in finding suitable housing. Key Responsibilities

• Develop menus that reflect traditional Indian cuisine while incorporating modern techniques and flavors
• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of food production to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent performance
• Control food costs by monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and catering services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in compliance with health regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment specializing in Indian cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, ingredients, and regional variations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of chefs
• Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity in menu development while also being able to follow recipes accurately
• Fluent in English with good communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free) with additional benefits including visa sponsorship, medical insurance, annual flight ticket allowance, meal on duty.
