We are seeking a talented Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and promotions to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to select and purchase products for our store Analyze sales trends and customer demand to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing Create attractive displays that showcase the products in an appealing way Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure profitability for the company Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies Train sales associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions, events, and advertising campaigns Requirements: Indian national preferred Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of successfully increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Biometric passport requiredThis is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
